1 - When will my orders be sent out?

Cash on delivery orders are shipped after address verification. Usually takes 1-2 days.

For prepaid payment method orders are shipped the next day.

No, shipping is free for all orders.

4 - How can I track my orders?

Once your order is processed, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this number or the tracking URL provided in the email to keep an eye on your shipment.

Or You can visit our Track Order page and keep track of your shipment using Order Id or AWB number.

5 - What happens if my order doesn't get delivered?

For prepaid orders, if our delivery partners can't deliver your product and it's sent back to us, we'll issue a refund.

Also, orders placed before 12:00 hrs (IST) start processing the same day, while those placed after start processing the next day.


Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unboxing video is mandatory for the return, refund or exchange to be accepted.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will be sent to you via original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

For Cash On Delivery order customer needs to provide bank detail or UPI to get back the refund amount.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
